The use of organic peroxides for crosslinking elastomers is well recognized in high performance applications where high temperature resistance, maximum compression set, and outstanding electrical properties are required.

Sartomer manufactures a complete line of liquid Saret® acrylate and methacrylate crosslinking coagents, and plasticizers for high-performance elastomer applications.
Application examples include:

  • Hoses
  • Various compression and injection molded goods
  • Wire and cable insulation

Mixland+® is a range of additives for rubber vulcanization. Mixland+® has been launched to improve mixing step, moreover it provides a good compatibility with a large range of elastomers. The great benefit offered using the Mixland+®, is a cost reduction by scrap rates decrease. Mixland+® is mainly used in technical rubber goods as well as in shoe soles and tires. We have developed a Mixland+® range Nitrosamine safe and free for the applications where it is inadvisable to use nitrosamine generator products.

Ekaland™ is a full range of additives for rubber vulcanization. In powder, crystals, granules, our products are dedicated to Tire Industry, but also for all technical rubber goods. The quality of Ekaland™ range is well known and recognize all over the world for its consistency, its particule size distribution.
