Business Development

Our Business Development/Strategy/Economics Department supports Arkema’s growth and performance. Its goal is to translate our development strategy into specific initiatives focused on our four core values: safety and the environment, partnership with customers, production reliability and competitiveness.

 

Since October 4, 2004, Strategy has implemented its new organization seamlessly and put most of its energy into preparing for our spin-off. However, we still have several key projects to complete before the IPO, which will require all our attention and energy in the coming months.

 

Marketing and sales teams develop Arkema’s business in close contact with markets and customers, either on behalf of regional subsidiaries or specific markets or products. 

 

Our Economics/Strategy/Planning teams do research, intelligence-gathering and planning, allowing them to spot market opportunities and orient our strategy in accordance with our growth objectives.
